Family Development in Egyptian Universities

 The National Project for the Development of the Egyptian Family, through the Demographic Center and the Anti-Violence Unit at Cairo University, participated in the celebration of the 16th International Day Campaign for the Elimination of Violence against Women, by organizing a sports and entertainment day for male and female students in the Cairo University stadiums on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, with the participation of 165 students.

The day included a number of paragrams, including:
Presentation by Dr. Amira Tawadros, to introduce students to the national project for the development of the Egyptian family, the various forms of violence, and the mechanism for submitting complaints to the Anti-Violence Unit at the university regarding the exposure of any student, employee, or faculty member to any form of violence.
- Brides' skirt show and an interactive puppet theater with young people
A choir show for children of determination
- Team sports games from the Egyptian popular culture
- A joint football match between male and female students, with special rules aimed at establishing a culture of cooperation between the sexes, respect for difference, and empowering women.
